Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pay up front?
We take the stress out of the legal process by working on contingency. There are absolutely no out-of-pocket costs for you, we only get paid if there is a settlement, and in that situation, we take a percentage of the settlement.
Would I recover more money without an attorney?
Insurance companies are likely to offer you less without an attorney representing you. We have recovered millions for our injured clients.
The insurance companies are calling me, should I talk to them?
You may be asked to provide details of your accident to your insurance company. The details you give to you give them may determine whether your insurance claims are successful or not.
Will my medical bills be paid for?
Depending upon the circumstances of your injury, your medical insurance may or may not be willing to pay for your treatment. We have access to many medical resources that can be paid for out of your settlement. For example we may be able to pay for your medical treatment with, Uninsured or Under-insured coverage for Auto Accident Claims and for Premises Liability Claims, Homeowners Insurance and Business Insurance may be used on a case by case basis.
What’s a Free Case Evaluation?
Our Free Case Evaluations generally take approximately 10 minutes. During the free consultation, we will listen to the circumstances of your accident, answer your questions, then provide you with an opinion on the strength of your case, as well as next-step options you may wish to consider. If it is determined that we can help, we will set up a mutually convenient time to meet with you. Meetings may be held either in our offices or, if you are too injured to travel, we will come to your home, office or the hospital at your convenience. Consultations are always complimentary and always informative.
How long will it take to settle my case?
This is one of the most commonly asked questions. It really depends on factors such as the type of accident, the insurance company involved, and the degree of medical care needed. During your Free Case Evaluation we can generally provide a better time estimate, however every case is different.
